New, large house easily accommodated 3 familes

3 families (7 adults and 7 kids) stayed at Sandbanks for 5 night. Large house, new and clean. Modern with all creature comforts. Well stocked kitchen too! (2 full size refrigerators!) Roads to house were extremely rough, but the sedan, crossover and jeep all survived the roads multiple times. Joanes is very helpful and answer quickly. Only (and not major) things we needed help with: laundry room was locked and we needed dryer to dry towels after rainstorms and there were no coolers available. Overall- great house and would recommend for a large group.
